At Luxedenims, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Items returned after the applicable return period.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was received.
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luxedenims.com.
We may request photographs to evaluate the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for inspection and approval.
- Additional processing time depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or if the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items based on product availability.
If you would like a different size or color, please contact us before returning your item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
