How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@luxedenims.com with your order number.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated shipping time is 7–13 business days. Including processing time, your total estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking details in that email to monitor your shipment's progress.

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luxedenims.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
